Draw near to the throne of Grace

Blessed Sunday team and May we like Hebrews 4 , let us with confidence draw near to the throne of Grace , that we may receive mercy and find grace to receive in time of need🙏

There’s something about drawing near preached in todays Hebrew 10.

Moses first encounter with the Lord at the burning bushes at horeb mount Sinai was told “Do not draw near this place. Take your sandals off your feet, for the place where you stand is holy ground.”

At the Red Sea crossing, 10 And when Pharaoh drew near, the children of Israel lifted their eyes, and behold, the Egyptians marched after them. So they were very afraid, and the children of Israel cried out to the Lord.

The correct type of drawing near is made possible because of Jesus once and for all, the kind of drawing near that is not demanding and will not cause fear.

For the law came through Moses, but grace and truth came through Jesus Christ.
